A family and their pet dog were relocating from Brazil to California and needed our help arranging their air travel. After struggling to book a commercial flight, he wanted the convenience of a private jet charter. With only three days until they needed to depart, we set to work finding a suitable aircraft.

We quickly sourced a long-range Gulfstream V, which could complete the journey with only one fuel stop.
The original plan was to stop for fuel in South America before continuing to San Francisco and clearing customs there, but we discovered the customs office would be closed at the time of landing.
Instead, we suggested refuelling and clearing customs in Texas en route to San Jose, another Californian city that was even closer to the client’s final destination.
After the client approved the new route, we confirmed the charter and sent them the General Declaration, an official document that was needed for their pet dog to travel.
