Our Hong Kong office was contacted by a travel agent in Asia, who was arranging a joint incentive trip in Europe for automotive and financial employees. The group needed to fly from Switzerland to Italy, where they were spending two nights in Bologna before continuing to Milan. With the host keen for all 75 passengers to travel on the same flight, we set about creating an air travel solution that met their requirements.

With limited scheduled services operating between Zurich and Bologna, our experts recommended an aircraft charter to ensure the group flew together.
After getting the go-ahead, we sourced a Boeing 737-800 to fly the passengers to Bologna, personalising the flight with branded headrest covers.
The client then arranged a road transfer from Bologna to Milan for the next leg of the trip.
