Flying a group of friends to play pickleball in Cabo
In April 2023, a high net worth individual’s executive assistant asked us to help fly him and six friends from Dallas to take part in a pickleball tournament in Mexico. The client had requested a round-trip private air charter to allow the group to travel together at convenient times, so we set about finding the best solution for their needs.
Our Solution
Route: Dallas > Cabo San Lucas > Dallas
Aircraft: Dassault Falcon 2000
The client planned to land at Los Cabos International Airport, but we recommended the airfield at Cabo San Lucas instead, due to cheaper fuel and less commercial traffic.
Within a day of the request coming in, we’d sourced a super-midsize jet with availability for the charter.
When a mechanical issue put the aircraft out of action, we drew on our unrivalled industry contacts to quickly upgrade the group to a Dassault Falcon 2000 at no additional cost.
The client loved travelling on the heavy jet and was impressed with our service.
