In November 2022, an American college basketball team’s travel manager asked us to help fly the squad on a round-trip from Virginia to a pre-season tournament in the Caribbean. The client had specific requirements for the charter, so we set to work sourcing the ideal aircraft that met their needs.
Our Solution
Route: Virginia > Caribbean > Virginia
Aircraft: Boeing 737-400 VIP
The team’s coach wanted the players to travel in business class seats to ensure they were comfortable and arrived well-rested, so we chartered a VIP Boeing aircraft with enough seating for the 50 passengers.
Our experienced team pulled out all the stops to accommodate a last-minute schedule change when tournament results affected the timing of the team’s game.
