In November 2021, a Canadian client asked us to arrange a charter for a stadium tour ahead of a North American sporting event. With three international border crossings and an ever-changing passenger list, we needed to overcome numerous logistical hurdles to ensure the multi-stop tour ran smoothly.
The couple wanted to surprise their guests with private jet flights, maximising their time at the festival during the overnight trip. With just a few days to go until the charter was needed, we sprang into action to offer the best solution and win the contract.
Our Solution
Route: Toronto > Edmonton > Mexico City > Guadalajara > Los Angeles > Toronto
Aircraft: Bombardier CRJ200
The client was visiting a different city on each day of the itinerary, leaving no room for last-minute delays. We sourced a cost-effective Bombardier CRJ200 that could easily accommodate the 25 passengers and was available for the entire trip, before liaising with industry contacts to secure the necessary permits for border crossings. We also ensured the client was kept fully up-to-date on the Covid-related entry requirements in each country.
The Finer Details
Onboard Branding: We decorated the plane’s exterior with branded decals and provided branded napkins and headrest covers onboard the aircraft.
Bespoke Catering: We arranged for burgers and milkshakes from In-N-Out Burger to be served on the flight from Los Angeles to Toronto.
Personalised Service: An ACS representative was present for all flights to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
