Arranging a basketball coach’s recruiting trip
In February 2023, we were asked to help fly a women’s basketball coach based in Arizona on a recruiting trip to California. The coach was flying in to watch a team practice before returning to Arizona, so a private jet charter was the most convenient option for the whistle-stop trip. We set about arranging a solution.
Our Solution
Route: Tucson > Stockton > Tucson
Aircraft: Embraer Phenom 100
Drawing on our local knowledge, we reached out to operators and sourced a very light jet with availability for the charter.
The trip ran smoothly, allowing the coach to travel unrestricted by commercial flight times.
