An all-in-one travel solution for a jet card client
We were asked to arrange a trip to the Indian Wells Open tennis tournament in California for one of our Empyrean jet card holders. With The Travel Division at ACS taking care of hotel accommodation and ground transfers, our private jets department set about finding the ideal charter aircraft to get the client there and back.

Route: San Francisco > Palm Springs > San Francisco
Aircraft: Embraer Praetor 500
The client prefers flying on modern business jets, so we checked local availability. We reached out to our operator contacts and suggested chartering either a Cessna Citation Longitude or an Embraer Praetor 500 to transport the two passengers, who jumped at the chance to experience the latter’s renowned speed and performance.
The client wanted to land in Palm Springs in the morning in order to make the most of their time at the tournament, so we scheduled the charter accordingly and liaised with The Travel Division to arrange early check-in at the hotel.
