In December 2022, we received a last-minute request to help fly a high-profile beauty entrepreneur from Florida to the Bahamas on New Year’s Eve. The claustrophobic client only flies on large aircraft, but aircraft availability was limited at such a busy time of year. We sprung into action to find a cost-effective solution at short notice.

Aircraft: Embraer Legacy 600
Despite high demand for private jet charters on New Year’s Eve, we were able to source an Embraer Legacy 600 at a good price from an operator we have a strong relationship with.
The heavy jet had enough space in the hold for the client’s luggage, which included 20 boxes of gifts for friends and family in the Bahamas.
Once the flight was confirmed, our experienced team worked around the clock to find an inflight caterer and crew accommodation at short notice. We also liaised with the operator to ensure there was a flight attendant onboard despite a staff shortage.
